we strive to finish most appointments without having to replace. Our plumbing and heating engineers carry a variety of standard parts to facilitate and complete repairs. If you require a part that we don't have on hand, you don’t need to worry, we can usually obtain non-van stock the same or next day, subject to availability. Our priority is to achieve a first fix whenever possible.
Here’s a summary of our service policy: All visits have a minimum charge for the first hour, which includes diagnostics, installations or repairs at your property. Our team will provide the hourly rate during your conversation, and this rate excludes parts. Travel time for non-standard materials will be billed at the hourly rate, capped at one hour. We don't charge for the collection of standard parts, as our engineers have these on their vehicles. Please remember that a debit or credit card is needed to schedule an appointment, with a deposit paid for one hour's labour, this will then be deducted from the final bill.
